Corrections to airline contact data
If you've tried a phone number, email or WhatsApp link on the site and it's wrong — disconnected, redirected, no longer answered — please write to us with the airline name and the channel that failed. Include any replacement number you found, if you have one. We re-verify on the airline's official source and update.
Missing airlines
We add new carriers regularly. If a passenger airline you fly with isn't covered, send us the airline's name and its official customer-service URL and we'll add a record. We don't typically cover charter-only operators or pure cargo airlines.
Advertising
The site is monetised through display advertising (Google AdSense). For direct advertising enquiries, partnership proposals or sponsored-content discussions (which we decline as a matter of editorial policy), please write to the address above with "Advertising" in the subject line.
Press and editorial

What we don't do
We are not affiliated with any airline. We cannot:
- Process your refund, compensation claim or rebooking — only the airline can.
- Look up specific bookings, PNRs, or frequent-flyer accounts.
- Provide legal advice on individual disputes. Our editorial guides describe the regulations in general terms; for a specific case, consult a qualified adviser.
